Founded by the pastry chef Johann Georg Niederegger back in 1806, this family-run business creates the world’s finest and most famous marzipan. You can taste the love, the traditional roasting cauldrons and the two centuries of experience in every delicious and immaculately wrapped morsel that leaves their kitchen in Lübeck, Germany.
