Behind each door, you’ll find a suitably festive solid chocolate sculpture, from enchanted spruces to spruced-up penguins. They’re the perfect way to experience the intricate notes of our white chocolate – unlike many other chocolatiers, they use cacao butter as the main ingredient, not sugar, to ensure none of the nuanced taste of the cacao butter is overpowered.

Cocoa butter is the naturally occurring fat found in cacao beans, and we press it out of the bean to use in our chocolate making. It gives the white chocolate its distinctive creamy colour, a delicate cacao flavour and an astonishing melt.

There is also an uplifting message behind each door of the advent calendar so you can enjoy your chocolate with a smile on your face – no matter how many presents you have to buy this year!
