Modern Alchemy Purifying Polish: Begin your ritual with your hands, smooth the balm onto dry skin using fluid, circular movements travelling slowly and with intention across your body, breathing in the nurturing aroma before washing away under a shower of warm water. If product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Active Nutrients Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner: After cleansing with Super Nourish Glossing Shampoo, gently work Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner through tresses from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through with your fingers and leave for two minutes, before rinsing thoroughly.
Pink Hair & Scalp Mud: Massage into scalp and through damp hair. Leave for 20 minutes or overnight if preferred and rinse. Follow with Purifying Shampoo and Nourishing Conditioner.
Tri-Active™ Regenerating Define & Tighten Body Serum: Massage the serum into the skin focusing on the areas of the body that you want to target.
Fortifying Bath & Body Oil: Swirl into the bath for a soothing soak, use as a massage oil, a dry skin remedy, or apply to pulse points and temples for ultimate aromatherapy.
Active Nutrients Yuzu & Ginger Cleansing Sorbet: Melt between fingertips then apply to dry skin and massage in. Gently add a little water which will transform the gel into a rich milk. Apply more water to rinse fully, or remove using a warm face cloth.
Fitness Shower Gel: Create a lather by massaging into damp skin using firm circular movements and breathe in the rejuvenating aromatic before rinsing away. To intensify results, after showering follow with the Fitness Bath & Body Oil.
Muscle Rescue Balm: Ideal for massage pre and post exercise. Massage into legs with upward movements. For arms, neck and shoulders, work in circular motions. Prior to application massage tube between palms to help warm and soften product.
Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Serum: After cleansing and toning, warm a few drops of the serum in your palms, cupping your hands over your face to inhale the aroma. Gently smooth over your face, neck and décolleté until fully absorbed and then follow with your favourite moisturiser.
Tri-Active™ Regenerating Phyto-Collagen Plumping Mask: Smooth a generous layer over face, neck and décolleté. Relax for 10 minutes. Remove excess with a cotton pad or damp cloth.
Refining Skin Polish: Use 1-2 times a week for normal skin or once a week for oily skin. Smooth over damp skin and massage lightly in circular movements then rinse.
Active Nutrients Isotonic Hydration Mask: Smooth generously over face, neck and décolleté. Relax for 10 minutes. Remove with a damp cloth or cotton wool.

Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Cleanser: Use daily, smoothing a small amount over your face, neck and décolleté. Moisten with warm water and massage lightly in circular movements until the jojoba spheres melt, then rinse thoroughly.
Tri-Active™ Resilience SOS Skin Clearing Serum: Apply morning and evening after cleansing and toning. Apply 1-2 pumps gently onto the face until completely absorbed. Take care to avoid the delicate eye area
Fitness Bath Salts: Sprinkle salts directly from the jar into warm water. Follow with the Fitness Bath & Body Oil.
Positivity Pulse Point Oil: Gently roll on your pulse points and inhale the aroma, for a tailored wellbeing boost at any point of the day.
Active Nutrients Overnight Glow Enzyme Peel: This peel can be used either nightly, or once to twice a week depending on your skin’s needs. Apply 1-2 pumps to clean hands.
